What we collect, why, who handles it, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
Contact form: the name, organization, email address, topic and message you submit. Name, email address and message are required; the rest is optional. We use this information only to answer you.
Who handles it
Formspark, a form-processing service, receives what you submit through the form, with the IP address it was sent from, and forwards it to us by email. Nothing you send is stored on this site.
The site is served by GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc. Like any web host, GitHub records the IP address of each visit in its server logs, to operate and secure the service, under its own privacy statement.
Processing outside Québec
Formspark and GitHub operate outside Québec. The information described above is therefore communicated to these services and processed outside Québec.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
Retention
Messages sent through the form are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
Under Québec and Canadian privacy law, you may ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent to its use. Write to infoop3c.com; we answer within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
Person in charge of personal information
As Québec law provides, the person in charge of the protection of personal information at OP3C is the person with the highest authority in the company. Write to them at infoop3c.com.
